Shipping policy
At WreathCo, we offer free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). If you need your wreath sooner, you can upgrade to 2-day shipping for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Schedule
We understand the importance of receiving your wreath in time for the holidays. You can choose to have your order shipped ASAP or specify a desired week for delivery. We recommend placing your order early during the holiday season to ensure timely arrival, especially if you have a specific week in mind. Orders placed after 12/15 may not arrive by Christmas.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Returns & Issues
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your wreath, please reach out to us via chat or text, and we’ll work to make it right.
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us, and we will either process a refund or send a replacement wreath as quickly as possible.
