Placing an order with WreathCo is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse Our Collection:  View our selection of hand-made wreaths HERE. Click on any wreath to see more details, including size and materials.
  2. Add to Cart: When you've found the perfect wreath click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Review Your Cart:
    Go to your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page. Here, you can review your items and make any adjustments. Select a desired "Shipping Date", and add a Gift Message.
  4. Checkout: Click “Checkout” and enter your shipping and payment information. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments.
  5. Order Confirmation:
    After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your wreath is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

At WreathCo, we offer free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

We understand the importance of receiving your wreath in time for the holidays. You can choose to have your order shipped ASAP or select a requested ship date in the future.

If you would like your order shipped at a later date, simply select a Requested Shipping Date on the cart page prior to checkout.

Estimated delivery will be 3-5 business days from the ship date.

We recommend placing your order early during the holiday season to ensure timely arrival, especially if you have a specific week in mind. Orders placed after 12/15 may not arrive by Christmas.

All wreaths are sustainably sourced, crafted, and shipped from Washington state.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your wreath, please reach out to us via email at support@wreath.co or via chat and we’ll work to make it right.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You will find all options at checkout.

Yes, each wreath is sustainably sourced and handcrafted by our artisans in Washington state.

The longevity of your wreath can depend on where you place it. Cooler, shaded areas out of direct sunlight are best. If you hang it indoors, keeping it away from heating vents or fireplaces will help it last longer.

In colder climates or northern states, our wreaths can last up to 6 weeks looking great. In dry climates or southern states, our wreaths can last up to 5 weeks with proper care.

For a long-lasting wreath, lightly spritz the back of your wreath with water every 2-3 days to keep it damp.

Yes! If you are ordering 4 wreaths or less, simply place separate orders for each address or contact us for assistance.
