Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes.
Can I send 50 or more wreaths to different addresses?
Yes. Use our bulk CSV template and we will handle the multi-address upload for you. We ship nationwide within the lower 48. Email us the file or use the corporate form and we will confirm your schedule and totals.
Do you offer volume discounts for corporate orders?
Yes. Volume pricing starts at 10 units. Send your quantity and desired week, and we will return a simple quote and invoice.
Do you ship to apartments or offices?
Yes. UPS can deliver to apartment buildings and business addresses. If a building requires access, UPS may leave the box with a leasing office or mailroom.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address.
Do you ship wreaths internationally or outside the continental U.S.?
Not at this time. We ship within the continental United States only.
When will my wreath order ship?
In season, most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. You can choose ASAP or select a desired week at checkout. We will email tracking as soon as a label is created.
What are the holiday order deadlines for wreath delivery?
For 2025, order by December 15 for East Coast delivery and by December 17 for West Coast delivery. Weather and carrier volume can affect transit times, so please order early.
Can I schedule my wreath delivery for a specific week?
Yes. At checkout choose ASAP or select a desired week. Exact delivery day is not guaranteed, but we do our best to hit your window.
Do you ship on weekends or require signatures?
UPS delivers on weekdays and some Saturdays in many areas. Signatures are not required. For apartments and offices, carriers may leave with a leasing office or mailroom.
Gifting & Corporate
How do gift messages work with WreathCo wreaths?
For single orders, add a message at checkout and it prints on the packing slip or a small insert. For bulk orders, include a message column in the CSV for each recipient.
Can we send different messages to different people?
Yes. Just add a unique message in the “gift message” column of your spreadsheet, and we’ll print each one right where it belongs on the packing slip.
Do you include receipts or pricing in the box?
No. We never include pricing in gift shipments, just your message and a little holiday joy.
Can you add custom ribbon, bows, or inserts to corporate wreath gifts?
Yes, for corporate orders with lead time. Share your quantity, timeline, and brand guidelines, and we will confirm options and costs.
Do you provide invoices, W-9s, or tax-exempt orders for companies?
Yes. We can provide invoices and a W-9 on request. If you are tax-exempt, send your exemption certificate before ordering so we can set up your account correctly.
What does “branded packing slip” mean?
Your slip includes our logo, your company name if provided, and your gift message. No prices.

What size are WreathCo wreaths and will they fit my door?
Our wreaths are 26 inches in diameter and fit standard doors. They arrive in a single, sturdy box designed for that size.
How much does a wreath weigh and what are the box dimensions?
Ship weight is about 10 pounds. Boxes are sized for a 26-inch wreath and fit through standard doorways and parcel lockers used by UPS.
What are WreathCo wreaths made of and how are they sourced?
We use freshly harvested evergreens, salal, and red huckleberry from Washington, along with cedar from Northern California. All greenery is gathered responsibly to support healthy forests.
How long do WreathCo fresh wreaths last?
Most customers enjoy 3 to 5 weeks. Cooler climates often see longer. Hang outdoors, avoid direct sun when possible, and mist lightly to extend freshness.
How do I care for my wreath after delivery?
Open the box, remove the protective bag, fluff branches, and hang outdoors. A north-facing or shaded spot will keep it fresh longer. Mist lightly every few days.
How are WreathCo wreaths packaged for shipping?
Each wreath ships in a recyclable cardboard box and a protective bag that keeps it moist during transit. Remove the bag on arrival and hang promptly.
Are WreathCo wreaths sustainable?
Our wreaths are made with natural evergreens and foliage, harvested in Washington and Northern California using responsible practices that support healthy forests. After the holidays, the greenery can be composted and the box recycled. The inner bag keeps the wreath fresh during shipping and may not be curbside recyclable in every city, so check local guidance.
Policies
Can I change the shipping address or cancel my wreath order?
If your order has not entered fulfillment, we can update the details or cancel. Once a label is created, we cannot make changes. Contact us as soon as possible for help.
Can I return a wreath?
Because our wreaths are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. If your wreath arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund.
What happens if my wreath arrives damaged or is lost in shipping?
We will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos if applicable. We will replace or refund lost or damaged packages.
How do I track my WreathCo order?
A tracking link arrives by email when your label is created. If you do not see it, check spam or search for “WreathCo” in your inbox.
After the Holidays & Programs
How do I dispose of my wreath after the holidays?
Remove the wreath from the steel ring and compost the greenery or place it in your green bin. Recycle the cardboard box. The inner plastic bag keeps the wreath moist in transit and may not be curbside recyclable in every city, so check local guidance.
Do you offer wreath fundraising programs for schools or nonprofits?
We are evaluating a seasonal fundraising program. If your group is interested, join the interest list and we will follow up with details and timing.
How do I talk to a live person?
Our customer support team is available via email at support@wreath.co, chat, or text to assist with any shipping inquiries or issues. Please note that we do not have a call center, but we are here to help!
